Installation issues are our top priority.   If you paid for VTS and can’t install it we will respond to you as fast as humanly possible.

Help requested via the forum is provided free of charge and is answered within 24-48 hours depending on the request.  The forum is the best way to get an answer to a specific question.

One-on-one consultations must be prepaid and are scheduled through Kelly on a first -come, first-serve basis.
