An Excerpt about the EverGreen Entry Signal
Here is the idea. Suppose you are reasonably confident the current candle will close higher than the last candle. Don't worry about how you know at this point. Just assume you know there is a 70% chance the candle will close higher. Given the knowledge that the current candle will close higher than the last candle, we'll start watching the price. If the price dips low enough at any time during the candle, we’ll open a buy order because we know we can close it for a profit before the candle closes.
Consider a 1-hour chart. If you knew there was a better than 70% chance the current candle was going to close higher than the last candle, then anytime during that hour, if the price dipped, say 20 points, below the high of the last candle, you could place a buy order and it should be profitable by the end of the hour.
